Chinese New Year

There's lots to look forward to this Chinese New Year at Bangsar Seafood. Start off by tossing the signature Crispy Sea Cucumber Yee Sang. The crunchy flavours will give your taste buds a delicious start. With a range of yee sang, diners can also opt for yee sang with fresh mango and assorted fruits, snow pear salmon and jade abalone.

Revel in deep fried prawns, peppered with chicken floss to give it a “fluffy” edge. There's also the fresh catch of sea garoupa, steamed to perfection – complemented by white radish. As for those who prefer a simpler catch of the day, there's Steamed Fish with Crisp Fried Ginger and Soya Sauce. For greens, delicate Japanese Mushrooms with Braised Dried Oysters will give the banquet meal an auspicious theme.

Food Eat In Kepong

Best Restaurants & Food to Eat in Kepong. DOUBLE SEVEN NIGHT ‘DAI CHAO' 孖柒夜市大炒. Double Seven's dai chao stall has been our go-to place for whenever we feel like having a proper meal, yet won't put a dent in the wallet.

The Fish Head Curry here is a favorite of mine and it's also available in Toman fish slices. For RM20 you get a generous serving with loads of vege thrown in, so much so that you don't even need to order a separate vege dish. Other recommended dishes include lemon chicken, salted egg squid and kangkung belacan. Restoran Double Seven, Jalan 3/36, Taman Sri Bintang.
