Restoran Hoo Bian Bak Kut Teh, Seri Kembangan. The yellow wine cook pork livers and pork kidneys so nice. My wife is pork kidney lovers. The pork liver just well cook, not over cooked. Personally i taste the yellow wine soup not very strong taste or thick enough.

The dry bak kut teh also having lady finger very prefect match cause it can absorb the sauce. Restoran Hoo Bian Bak Kut Teh, Seri Kembangan. Meaning bak kut teh besides the river in cantonese. Quite big portion, a lot of meats. They having dry bak kut teh as well. So far i know this is the oldest bak kut teh in Seri Kembangan at least more than 15 years.

Caneron highlands, chinese food restaurant. I like this steamed talapia fish with salted black bean. The fish meat very hard and no soil smell. Actually this place for people grill and stemboat but having 10 dishes like vinegar pork, bak kut teh, tauhu, vegetables is the best. Got 3 types of vegetables like watercress very nice cos not very old.

Very young watercress. The place also a bit like bamboo hut. Price also very cheap RM 180 for 8 adults. Price with 2 fishes. Steamed talapia fish price RM 28. Bak kut teh soup very thick.

This Teluk Pulai Pottery Ba Kut Teh is an old and famous bak kut teh restaurant in Klang and already has 35 over years of history. The soup tastes fresh and sweet because the owner insists of using fresh meat instead of frozen one to stew the soup.

Their dry bak kut teh add in gingers and salted fish, therefore the taste would be different taste from the soup one. Not to forget to dip the Yao Char Guai into the soup, it's really nice combination.

Very Cheap Bak Kut Teh at Geylang, Singapore. The bak kut teh here has one of the nicer and sweeter soup. The pork ribs are tender and juicy and can see that the stall owner should have cook this dish for several hours as they meat has really turned into dark brown colour.

Lots of black pepper seeds are added in the soup which make it tastes slighty spicy but yet really shiok. The soup base is more towards the darker version which I believe they have use quite alot of dark soya sauce in it. The portion is quite big and generous and with a big bowl of rice serve with it.

Each is a different station: one stall takes care of the bak kut teh, another the stir-fry dishes, and the third their famous Cantonese-style steamed fish head. Overseeing the entire operation is a rather rotund gentleman (usually clad in a white singlet) from whom the shop gets its unmistakably accurate name: Fatty Bak Kut Teh & Steamed Fish Head.
