Serdang Yap Yin & Bak Kut Teh So it's said that this place is known for it's frog dishes. Tried a plate of their Kung Pao Frog which sure was flavourful! Well, it being kung pao, one would expect it to be full of taste anyway.

Cooked in a dark sauce, this dish contains lots of capsicums, onions, dried chilli, hazelnuts and frog chunks. You should try this salty and spicy dish. I'm not a fan of frog meat but cut up and cooked this way, I managed to convince myself that it's okay.

The kids loved it - also really nice with diced pork (with or without the prawns). I just the cook the pork before everything else and then add it at the end! I don't even bother cooking the rice the day before - if you have a rice cooker you can cook it the same day, let it cool and it's good to go! :)
