Hometown Steam Fish Head Restaurant at Pudu. Super big fish head. Hardly can see. I taste super fresh cause not even a single fishy taste. Only fresh fish head can cook until like that.

My father said fresh fish the fish meat after steam will curve. Try to notice on the photo. Waze location link below. I always go Yi Sheng Huat Seafood Restaurant, so this time try this Hometown Steam Fish Head Restaurant. Only different here no air cond. Maybe the price is cheaper.

Yi Sheng Huat Seafood Restaurant

Yi Sheng Huat Seafood Restaurant, Pudu. Wanna eat tai chow and feel like try new place. So try this.

Quite affordable, one person fried mee cost around RM 9 with white squid, many big prawns and big pork slices. Some places already RM12 dont have so much i ingredients, give cuttlefish only. Too bad very salty, maybe put too much MSG. https://waze.to/lr/hw283fdhwd

Restoran Imbi Road Pork Noodles (branch) at Mahkota Cheras. The pork noodle got pork intestine, pork liver and pork kidney. Pork kidney super precious, only give one. The special about here is the soup super sweat, not MSG. Must be cooked a lot pork meat.

The pork intestine very crunchy, not the soft type. The pork very fresh. The shop very spacious and clean. Can eat comfortably compare to food court. https://waze.to/lr/hw283k7bqs

Crispy Pork Lard

Kim Lian Kee Hokkien Mee - The restaurant has been in operation for over 90 years and still uses traditional charcoal fire to fry the hokkien mee, so expect your noodles to come with good “wok hei”. The hokkien mee here is drenched with thick and dark gravy and topped with crispy pork lard.

Another must try here is their Yut Kwong Hor (moonlight noodles) that are essentially fried flat rice noodles mixed with a raw egg. The egg will coat the noodles making it slippery smooth
