Gem Island Resort
GEM Island Resort. This small private island is not as popular as its neighbour - Kapas Island but it's definitely a hidden gem. Despite being pretty close to the mainland, the water is crystal clear. A 15-minute boat ride from Marang jetty will get u there. Kayaking in the morning when the sea is calm would be your best bet to look at the corals around the island. You can also opt for snorkeling via boat or just swim from the shore. I stayed at the water villa, the balcony opens up with a view of the beautiful sea facing Kapas Island.

Pre-wedding Photo Shoot
Universiti Putra Malaysia is located in the Serdang district of Selangor. Those who drive along the KL-Seremban highway would definitely notice this green field with big trees and lakes. This location is very popular among photographers not just for a pre-wedding photo shoot but for post-wedding and family photo shoots too.

Jalan Bunga Raya

Jalan Bunga Raya
Drive along Jalan Bunga Raya in Pasir Pinji and you will see a few food trucks there. There are two chendol stalls, one by an Indian uncle and another one by 2 Chinese uncle. We picked the latter and had a cooling bowl of dessert in the sweltering heat. Their cendol includes red beans, gula melaka and chendol strips with pandan fragrance. They are always famous for their “Wan Tau Long” jelly or Yellow Jelly which is perfect for the hot weather. This stall opens in the afternoon only, and does not have fixed rest days.
