Their absolute signature dish is their spicy chilli crab, which is something you must order if you ever dine there. Live crabs are freshly cooked and smothered in their special sweet and savoury sauce, and the dish will only be complete with some fresh mantau buns to mop up that delicious gravy.

Dried Meat Pork - Lim Keng Guan, Ipoh. So I like my dried meat not from minced meat but sliced from a block of meat. Great natural taste and texture. Chewing and breaking the protein down is a joy. There is no lumpy feel from the minced meat or the 'broken' fibre feel due to the bits and pieces.

Lastly, the meat cannot be adulterated. It is what it is naturally. I was told two or three years back by the those selling at the shop that they are new owners. I am not sure if they are related to the old owners. Dried meat Malaysia.

Lim Keng Guan Dried Meat (Unminced) - Ipoh. The one good thing about Lim Keng Guan Dried Meat is the use of a whole piece of pork. It is then sliced into thin slivers (exaggeration here) and BBQed.

The slices is even thinner than the minced meat counterpart. Whole rather than minced meat taste better as there is no chance for adulteration with lower quality cuts. Minced meat slices tend to be lumpy, rough and breaks up unnaturally when eaten.

Lee Keng Sang Restaurant at Temerloh. Found on the blog at 2008. This restaurant at least 20 years old. When arrive, look expensive this restaurant Because the restaurant is those type can held wedding banquet type and some more food menu without price, look scary. But actually very cheap RM 160.

5 adults eat wild patin steamed fish, big head prawn and bbq sauce ostrich meat slices. Bbq sauce ostrich meat, must order. Very delicious. Really got burn taste. The wild patin fish stomach got fish oil, really taste like seed oil.
