Anyway, the Goodyear Eagle F1 Directional 5 seems to be a good enough tyre event without comparable tyres to try out on that day. I however have personal experience from memory and notes that the Directional 5 seems to be better overall than the mid range Yokohama A-drive R1s and most probably on par with the dry grip found in the Nexen N6000 (which I am now trying out).

Too bad I couldn't try out high speed steering feel as the wet and dry slalom as well as the time attack event happened at speeds lower than 100km/h.

Mattress protectors are a must. I ended up buying some cheap sheets from Spotlight during their sales (were $15 per sheet I think) – I got three sets (fitted and top sheet) for ~$100. To me; the sheets are good enough; I cant really tell the difference between sheets at a hotel and what I use.

I also think the pillow has a bigger impact for sleeping. I buy pillows made for sleeping on my stomach. Much more comfy.

I don't know what the battery life on the 700 is, but for me 8 hours is good enough. I don't play games at all, I work, surf the web and watch some videos on it. I read the Notebookcheck test, and am surprised at them getting only 5 hours while surfing.

Have been using this Bridgestone Potenza S001 tyre for a year, this tyre is quite durable, been using it on my bmw for 1 year now. It has good wet grip and dry weather grip, as expected from bridgestone tyres. Got this brand new at 210 per piece for 17inch.

Downside side would be that its a bit noisy and the tyres are hard so ride comfort may not be that good. Good enough for the sports oriented family man. Good wet weather grip and reasonable price. Can be a bit noisy but still acceptable.

Tuck Kee Dried Mince Meat. Being introduced by my friends about Tuck Kee Bak Kwa Penang as they know I am Bakgua lover haha. Tried out their signature minced meat, very soft the texture and not so sweet, good enough for me! The traditional taste of Penang's bak kwa. Taste good.

The pork floss is best complement with porridge and bread, its crispy unlike some others brands no crispiness at all. The freshly grilled bak kwa! The smokiness of the Bak kwa is the part I love! Very hygiene dried meat shop. Tuck Kee bak kwa in vacuum packaging.

The Perodua Alza is a decent alternative for the economically-minded, and don't mind sacrificing a bit of space (which is still fairly decent). The third-row seats are good enough for short distance trips, and its more compact size makes it the easiest to park and drive in urban areas.

Peroduas are generally very cheap to service and if you are smooth enough, fuel cost is not going to be that far off from a similar engine capacity 1.5-litre Perodua Myvi.
