Compact Size Makes
The Perodua Alza is a decent alternative for the economically-minded, and don't mind sacrificing a bit of space (which is still fairly decent). The third-row seats are good enough for short distance trips, and its more compact size makes it the easiest to park and drive in urban areas.
Peroduas are generally very cheap to service and if you are smooth enough, fuel cost is not going to be that far off from a similar engine capacity 1.5-litre Perodua Myvi.

Dell Xps 15

Dell Xps 15
The Dell XPS 15 nearly borderless display allows the laptop to measure just 14.06 x 9.27 x 0.66 inches, even with a 15-inch display. That compact size makes it one of the best lightweight laptops for commuters who want a full 15-inch display but don't want the extra bulk of most mainstream 15-inch laptop computers. Because of those narrow display bezels, the webcam is actually positioned below the bottom left corner of the screen, resulting in slightly awkward camera angles in video chat applications like Skype.

Compact Size Makes
As a family car, Toyota Avanza is the preferred vehicle because it can seat seven or eight without any fuss, and it really is my wife's favourite vehicle. What she likes about it is that it is so easy to drive, easy to get in and out, and has a high seating position that enables her to see her surroundings easily. What she really appreciates is the very small turning circle which allows her to make a u-turn almost anywhere, and the compact size which makes it easy to manoeuvre.

Highly Recommend
On the Proton Exora:
We love the Proton Exora's spacious cabin and its user friendly second-row seat's one-touch seat fold and tumble mechanism. Among the trio, the Exora is the easiest to get into the third-row seats. So if you are full seven-seater functionality sits very highly on your list of priorities, the Exora is the one to get. We also like its decent list of safety features. Where possible, we highly recommend the Premium model (RM74,618) as it comes the all-important ESC feature. Read this to understand more about ESC.

Diesel Engine

Diesel Engine
The 2012 Grand Carnival has had tweak with an optional 2.7-litre diesel engine and Bluetooth across the range, while everything from the Si upwards gets roof rails, electric windows for the third-row seats, rear aircon controls and heated mirrors. The Si also picks up alloy wheels.
Even the basic car has a 3.5-litre V6 engine and that gives it an edge over a Toyota Tarago, while the price line helps in a comparison with the Chrysler Grand Voyager now from $55,000 and the loaded Mercedes- Benz Viano from $74,990.

Easy Maintain
I have been driving toyota cars for last 14 years. And now have this Innova since 2005. I have 3 more cars but there is no comparison. I have another SUV of similar engine capacity and slightly more expensive, and yet i find this car good for city as well as highway. My car is self and driver driven. It is easy to maintain, though slightly expensive, but you do the servicing in time and that's it. Car offers good comfort with adequate luguage for a short outstation journey.

Around Malaysia
THE ADVENTUROUS CHOICE.
Skoda Octavia TSI 06. A true's left winger's choice. Do not underestimate this car, as after all, Skoda belongs to the mighty Volkswagen group. The Octavia shares a similar engine and parts with Audi/VW. A decent European sedan for half a price of a new Myvi, shared parts with Audi/VW should mean they're easy to obtain, although likely just as pricey. Spotting a worthy used unit around Malaysia is like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Business Loan Malaysia

Business Loan Malaysia
Business loan Malaysia. Young Entrepreneurs Fund (YEF). Start-up firms that have been in operation for less than a year may be considered. In conclusion, if you're an SME looking for a loan in Malaysia, you will have no problem finding loans this year, 2014. The Malaysian government has discovered that the main boosters of the country's economic growth are SMEs and entrepreneurs, and they are willing to provide some fairly decent financial assistance to help businesses start-up and expand.
