Wing Heong Bak Kwa

We love flavourful crispy pork floss too! Personally, my family and I can't get enough of our Wing Heong Bak Kwa. In fact, we had finished all our tasty dried meat (15 pieces) in just one day.

My children enjoyed their BBQ Honey Bacon the most while my wife and I could not get enough of the lip-smacking BBQ Spicy Pork bak kwa. We also enjoy the crispy pork floss a lot, especially with our bread.

Crispy Pork Floss

Another type of pork floss which is more suitable to pair with bread, dry, subtly sweet and satisfyingly crispy, it's easier to digest than the Crispy Pork Floss, yet not too soggy as to be unable to deliver that crispy oomph! I bought many small packets of each items, the taste of the sweetened pork flavour, coupled with the crispiness, true addictive goodness.

They make an awesome pairing with beer, and a delicious souvenir to take back and enjoy whilst chilling with your friends!

Crispy Pork Lard

Kim Lian Kee Hokkien Mee - The restaurant has been in operation for over 90 years and still uses traditional charcoal fire to fry the hokkien mee, so expect your noodles to come with good “wok hei”. The hokkien mee here is drenched with thick and dark gravy and topped with crispy pork lard.

Another must try here is their Yut Kwong Hor (moonlight noodles) that are essentially fried flat rice noodles mixed with a raw egg. The egg will coat the noodles making it slippery smooth
