Hot Restaurants In Atria Shopping

New & Hot Restaurants in Atria Shopping Gallery! Tokyo Ramen by Mengokoro Kunimoto (3rd Floor). Ramen lovers rejoice! Now you can enjoy the authentic flavors of Tokyo Style Ramen in Atria Shopping Gallery!

The restaurant is run by a Japanese, and the food is prepared by a Japanese chef too to ensure that the taste is authentic and original. We recommend their signature Tonkatsu Ramen served with chasu, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, seaweed and spring onion. The broth is boiled with pork bones for 6 to 8 hours. No wonder the soup is so thick and flavorful!

Taman Tun Dr Ismail

Famous Malaysian Food To Try Before You Die. Taman Tun Dr Ismail Night Market (Sundays).

OUG Night Market (Thursdays). What is Popiah?: This Malaysian roll usually consists of radish, bean sprouts, egg, shallots, and cabbage wrapped in a thin paper-like crepe smeared with a tasty sweet-and-savoury sauce. A scrumptious albeit potentially messy appetizer, each bite offers bursts of flavours that will leave you hungry for more.

Xin Quan Fang

Ipoh has so much good food that it is really impossible for me to have normal white bread for breakfast everyday. I started our day eating the famous curry noodles at Restaurant Xin Quan Fang (or the locals call it Ma Ta Liu curry mee). Our bowl of noodles arrived with a side of roasted pork, char siew, prawns and chicken seated on top of a bed of blanched bean sprouts.

Dip it into the curry sauce, oh man, it is sooooo shiok. I don't think they have any coconut milk added, the curry was very delicious with lard and garlic. The braised roast pork is from their own recipe and cannot find anywher

No Matter Time

Restoran Ayam Nasi Pak Kong (白宮雞飯) is always crowded no matter what time you are there. There is always a queue for takeaways but never get intimated by it because they are pretty efficient. The lady boss will come and take your order, she is friendly. I see this as a totally different category from the bean sprouts chicken.

The steamed chicken is very juicy and tender. The fluffy rice is slightly tinted with chicken oil, not for the faint hearted. This non-halal restaurant only serve lunch (till 2.30pm). We paired it with their achar and kai choy.

Curry Mee

I've heard a great deal about the (halal) curry laksa at Hoi Yin and the shop gets packed by 10am. It's best to go early as they run out of curry mee fast.

The noodles are available in 3 sizes; Jambo, Besar and Kecil. Each bowl comes with steamed chicken, cockles, bean sprouts and tofu puffs. Hoi Yin Curry Laksa No. 31, Jalan Teluk Cempedak 25050 Kuantan Tel: 09-567 3871 Open on weekends and public holidays, closed on alternate Mondays

Popular among the Muslim community as well as Chinese, Mee Siam has been absorbed into Singapore's Nonya culture. Mee Siam means “Siamese noodles” and is vermicelli soaked in a sweet and spicy gravy flavoured by Tamarind (assam), dried shrimp and Tau Cheo (fermented bean paste).

It usually comes with a boiled egg, bean sprouts, tau pok (beancurd puff) and is garnished with chives.

Night Time

Cowan Street Ayam Tauge & Koitiau Restaurant (高温街芽菜河粉) By far the best bean sprouts chicken in town, this shop is famous for its tenderly poached chicken and smooth keow teow served delicately in a small bowl of broth. For us, it is the sauce drizzled over the chicken which makes the difference. If you think Lou Wong or Onn Kee are good, wait till you try this shop.

While this shop usually opens at the night time, it is not always guaranteed so. However, it is certainly worth driving by to try your luck. Location: 44, Jalan Raja Ekram, 31350 Ipoh, Perak,
