Spaghetti Stir-fried With Thai Anchovy
A Greyhound Signature dish, spaghetti stir-fried with Thai Anchovy. The peppercorn was a new try for me, a kind of cooking herb from Thailand. Not that strong herb smell but luckily I can still manage to finish the whole dish of this spaghetti. Overall when I eating the first bite, I find the taste rather interesting and appetizing in the same time. Not that spicy as it looks, overall was okay.

Spaghetti Stir-fried With Thai Anchovy
Spaghetti with Thai Anchovy RM 25++
A Greyhound Signature dish, spaghetti stir-fried with Thai Anchovy, chili oil and peppercorn. Serving was quite okay, clean and I really like it. I ordered this because of the Anchovy and I really like anchovy but to my disappointment I couldn't really find the anchovies as well. I am thinking maybe they have actually slices and mince the anchovy and cooked with the sauce. I guess that was it because I prefer to have real munch and crispy anchovies.

Iberico Short Ribs

Iberico Short Ribs
Iberico short ribs, baked portobello mushroom. We sampled four different dishes for the two of us, starting with the Fantastic Iberian, slow Iberico short ribs with special spices rub, and burnt lime. The dish was well cooked with meat easily peeled off the bone, while just a tad salty and strongly seasoned if you eat it as it, it was perfect to go with wine for sure.

Either Chosen Off The Rack
True to its name, Château DeCanter offers plenty of breathing space. plush leather chairs, three private rooms and an airy smoking area cater to a wide range of drinkers looking for a place to lounge about. Unlike most wine bars, you won't find a wine list here the 150 plus labels available are either chosen off the rack, or personally recommended by its owner. If you're feeling hungry, there's a small but decent selection of Asian-inspired dishes – go for the roast pork belly and their signature Salt Baked Chicken.

Roast Pork Belly
Quayside Isle is a perfect haven for a Xmas feast away from the throngs of clustered cityfolk, and among its resident restaurants is Museo Singapore with its adventurous take on fusion fare. Available in four- and five-course sets, this meal starts off with a lobster bisque with Hokkaido scallop (or a smoked salmon roulade salad for the veggie lovers), and takes it up a notch with the menu's mezzanine section – you can pick two from selections like smoked roast pork belly, crab cakes, lavender prawns, pan-seared foie gras, crispy frog legs, barbecue squid and a half dozen more.
