The Challenger Sports Centre. The Challenger Sports Centre has four branches around Klang Valley, in Sungai Long, Petaling Jaya, Kepong, and Ampang – all offering facilities for badminton, futsal, and table tennis.

Each centre has at least 15 badminton courts, 3 futsal courts, and 2 tables for table tennis. Selected centres even have a gym offering yoga and Zumba classes. All centres are equipped with hot shower facilities, lockers, satellite TV, cafeteria, and ample parking.

Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice or discipline which originated in India. Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music.

The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training.

It is also a fun filled event with food trucks, entertainment activities such as karaoke, artist performance, colouring contest, Zumba classes, Vietnamese roll cooking contest, Hafazan competition and sports. Dancepot is located in the suburb of Setapak, and offers a range of classes for both adults and children. At just RM80 a month, you get to try out their yoga, hip hop or zumba classes.

Zumba Fitness Class. Zumba Fitness regular Saturday classes in KL Baptist Church started after the Zumba Gold Masterclass event hosted by KLBC Desa ParkCity in November 2014 with the intention to introduce Zumba Gold Fitness program to encourage elderly participants to exercise on a weekly basis.

We met every Saturday from 7.30-830am for members of the Senior Residence in KLBC Desa ParkCity, church members as well as residents from Desa ParkCity and surrounding communities for about slightly more than 1 year.
