even you have a perfect piping, the pressure is still weak as the water is flowing down from your water tank only. As per the photo above, my customer did all the modification and water pressure increase by ard 5-10% only.

Wasted RM 300+ and now going to install a water pump. what is considered strong water pressure is also depending on personal preferences. Some might want to have strong pressure like hotels while some have reasonable pressure is okay.

You can go for Grundfos CH2-50PC, it is sufficient to supply strong water pressure for 4-5 bathrooms at the same time. Grundfos is durable and silent.

Pipes will not burst, if u got the right person to do your plumbing work, there is no way pipes will burst. For landed properties with 4-5 bathrooms the best pump to get is Grundfos CH2-50PC.

Landed property will definitely have weak water pressure as the water flow down from the tank which is 1-2 story above your bathrooms, the gravity pressure is weak. Condo on the other hand have strong pressure bcoz the water tank is like 5-10 floors above your unit, so the gravity pressure is strong and you will have strong will have strong water pressure
