Importance of Sleep & Best night's sleep. Best night sleep in a long time. We're supposed to spend at least 8 hours sleeping each night. Wait 2-3 hours between your last meal and bedtime. Dim lights 1 hour before going to bed. Although sleep experts generally recommend an average of 7-9 hours per night. When it is kept up as part of a regular bedtime routine, it has been shown to be very beneficial in helping a person sleep better.

I have a hard time sleeping if it is to warm or the mattress is not comfortable. I was so tired all the time, went to the Dr even because I was so tired all the time. He suggested I may not be getting the restful sleep I need.

A good nights sleep. The first good nights sleep in a long time. This mattress is very comfortable and regulates personal body heat. It did take a week or two to get used to, but now I would highly recommend it to anyone. The only product design fault is that there is no handles on the mattress to help manoeuvre it when you need to rotate the mattress as recommended by the manufacturer on a seasonal basis.
