I was able to activate Cortana on the GLAS Thermostat from across the room by saying “Hey Cortana” and issuing a command, such as “set the air conditioning to 75 degrees.” The speaker on the GLAS won't win any awards for sound quality, but it's clear. The larger problem is that Cortana just isn't as complete of an in-home virtual assistant as Alexa or Google Assistant, and I didn't really find myself needing to talk to it much.

HTC One (M8) Camera review Coming to the secondary camera, this feels more like a gimmick than anything. It does add some cool effects to your images but it's something I don't see myself using, except when I want to show off the feature to other smartphone owners.

The second camera captures depth information which can be used later to create some cool 3D effects during post editing with the Gallery app. The 3D effects include UFocus, Foregrounder, Seasons and Dimension Plus. Based on my tests, it does look like the secondary camera only works in the Camera shooting option.

Movida The Scott Garden I found myself down Kota Damansara way so I gravitated towards Giza Mall to check Movida out. Not just a club, oh no, Movida is attempting to be all things to all people, so encompassing is its tagline: ‘Kitchen, Bar, Club Lounge'.

It's a solid space – dark and womb-like; the club is well-sized and square-ish. It spills out onto the outside patio where you can have a meal before continuing the night inside.
