Chee Cheong Fun

Restoran G. Cheong Fun, Johor. Open until lunch hour only.

For those who feel bathing the spongy rice rolls with prawn gravy is mundane or isn't cutting-edge enough, make your way to this unassuming restaurant. Among the most vaunted version is drowning the chee cheong fun with curry, which is mildly spicy yet savoury. Yam Cake and Pig Skin Curry. Teh Ais with Gula Melaka.

Good Service

Nak Won. Despite a small space area than the other Korean restaurants here in Taman Desa, I come here for the great ambiance. You get to watch and listen to authentic Korean films and music.

Occasionally, you'll get the feel of being in Korea when huge Korean groups and families walk into during lunch hour. Best part of Nak Won is that they do not skimp on the side dishes and is more than happy to get it refilled for you. However with good service comes a price, inching to the pricey side of Korean food, do expect to be paying more than the market price for a piece of meat.

Kimchi Soup

My wife order the favorite Kimchi soup with ingredients at Restaurant Korean Barbeque Nak Won at Ampang. So far ok. But the grill cuttlefish not really fresh.

A bit smelly. At weekend, lunch hour also got 3 tables customers only. Almost can tabao already. https://waze.com/ul/hw283fcw6k
