Hot Chili Sambal
is to Malaysians what ketchup is to Americans. The word Sambal refers to a combination of ground spices and aromatics, with the main ingredient being fresh red chillies. While most Malaysians simply use it as a condiment, this product has proven to be a versatile ingredient that may be used in countless ways. Customers have used it as a marinade, both alone and in combination with other products. The distinct umami of fermented shrimp paste makes the sambal a new and exotic ingredient to add bold flavor and spiciness to any dish. Made from a traditional family recipe, right here in NYC.

Farooj beef burger with Rana Hot Chili Sauce and mix with normal chili sauce. Very perfect. As the owner said this Raba Hot Sauce is from Arabic. Taste like Tabasco or Nandos chilies sauce. Sour type sauce can increase appetite but this Rana sauce even more sour than the rest but less spicy than Tabasco just right to suit me. This Rana Hot Sauce also sold nearby his restaurant in South City Plaza.
