The signature restaurant at Marina Mandarin rolls out premium Chinese dishes that all your judgemental relatives will be proud of – think roasted duck in buckwheat crepes; whole abalone, sea cucumber and lobster dumpling in crustacean sauce; 16 hours-cooked wagyu beef short ribs with eight spices and steamed lotus bun; and steamed seafood with cordycep blossom in lotus leaves.
