Alfa Romeo 4c
With Italian style, racecar-influenced manufacturing processes and stunning performance, the 2015 Alfa Romeo 4C joins the ranks of exclusive exotics. But the 4C gives up a lot of comfort to attain its performance. Similarly priced sports cars are much better for daily driving.
Razor-sharp handling; impressively quick acceleration; high fuel economy; rarity.
Loud engine; harsh ride; minimal interior accommodations; poor rearward visibility; not much storage space; high-effort steering at low speeds.

2015 Alfa Romeo 4C
The Alfa Romeo 4C is spectacular, an exotic “baby Ferrari” that has taken me from point A to point B with more than the normal diversions in-between, and with a permanent grin from ear to ear. First astonishing US drivers in rarefied (and, at nearly $70k, more expensive) Launch Edition form, but finally available with a base price starting at $53,900, it's Alfa's triumphant - and niche - return stateside. Achingly pretty but as demanding as a thoroughbred, only 1,200 Alfa 4C's will be imported from Maserati's Modena plant. Should one be on your driveway?

Alfa Romeo 4C
The 4C bellows and blats its way to 60 mph in 4.3 seconds, aided by a standard launch-control system. That performance is closer to that of the Cayman S PDK's 4.1-second time than to the standard manual-transmission Cayman's 5.7. The 4C, wearing optional sticky Pirelli P Zero “AR Racing” tires, circled the skidpad at 0.97 g. And it stops from 70 mph in an impressive 148 feet. Not bad for a car that starts at $55,195.

New Honda Civic
During the New Honda Civic test run that lasted from the morning through to the evening we covered approximately 300 kilometres, and despite some hard driving, the 1.5 litre turbo returned an average fuel consumption of 10.1 kilometres per litre, which is highly respectable. In the hands of the average driver who drives within the speed limits, a number of around 12 to 14 kilometres per litre can be expected. Whilst I am not a real fan of CVT's, it is undeniable that this transmission does contribute greatly to the excellent fuel economy.

SPIED: Porsche 911 Carrera GTS facelift at the ‘Ring
With the revised 991-series Porsche 911's Carrera range adopting new 3.0 litre turbo flat-six engines, so will the facelifted 911 Carrera GTS – seen here testing at the Nürburgring – that will sit at the top of the standard (i.e. not GT or Turbo) lineup. The GT department's GT3, GT3 RS and 911 R still use the naturally aspirated flat-six engines of larger capacity; 3.8 litres for the former and 4.0 litres for the latter two, respectively.
The GTS specification is expected to cover just about the gamut of 911 variants – two- and all-wheel

Honda Civic
There's no denying the enthusiasm that surrounds the all new 2016 Honda Civic is one that even the Acura NSX finds it overwhelming. Is going turbocharging with this one. Malaysian showrooms, the 1.8 litre NA, and a 1.5 litre turbo. The 1.8 houses projector headlamps up front with a chrome grille, and the 1.5 Turbo has a gloss black grille housing full LED headlights, adding a demeanour of sporting intentions.
