Fried Kuey Teow
Penang One, Puchong. Some food is nice and Some is normal. The fried kuey teow not dry enough and I prefer more dry and with Asian Wok fried taste / "wok hei", which they dont have. The fruit rojak is nice - fresh and cold fruits when they serve, much prawn paste and sauce very thick. The cendol not as good as melaka cendol, not much gula melaka taste but still ok. The santan / coconut milk put enough and the green jelly cendol very fresh and chewy, not like the frozen one. The Penang curry mee I didnt try. My wife order it.

Bayan Lepas Penang
PENANG HAWKER FOOD AT SUPER TANKER FOOD COURT BAYAN LEPAS PENANG. The basic broth which is white in color. It's only after we have mixed the sambal into it that it turns red. The main must have ingredients for Penang curry mee are taupok, cockles, coagulated pig blood, char siew and fish balls. Then after you stir everything together, you will get the best curry mee. But, of course, for those who do not fancy too spicy broth, you just donot add all the chill paste that is on the spoon into your broth. Try adding half first and test it. So this is the DIY way of getting the correct spiciness.

Penang One, fruit Rojak very tasty cause they add enough prawn paste in it. The food control also very good. The fruits is chilled before serve to customer. Still feel cold and freshness of the fruits. The Rojak sauce is very thick and lastly I feel surprise that, the rojak having cuttlefish. So long time never taste rojak with cuttlefish. I almost forget about this.
