Best Soya Beancurd Places in Singapore That Won't Curd Your Style. Beancurd ($1.50) at 51 Soya Bean. All hail the beancurd pudding.

When it first hit our shores, we went mental over it, with snaking queues forming at Old Airport Road for Lao Ban and then 51 Soya Bean. Since then, they've opened up different outlets all over. Gelatinous and sweet is what the pudding is about.

Beancurd with Red Bean ($2.30). All onboard, Go Go Beanz (Singapore) serves up beancurd that are made from organic beans, making this delectable dessert all the more heart-warming. Better yet? It is cheaper than Mr.

Bean. The red bean topping complements the soya beancurd, which is delicate in texture and melts in your mouth. The contrast in texture is satisfying to have and just the perfect dessert after a hefty hawker meal. They have other locations at ABC Market, Old Airport Road, etc.

Happy Boy Soya Bean, Old Airport Road Singapore. Happy Boy would be just for you if you like your flavours light and a little easier on the sweetness levels. Happy Boy's offerings are by no means bad or shabby.

Yesterday I tried their almond flavoured Tau Huey. What I liked about their Tau Huey is that it is just firm enough. However I found that the almond flavour to be a little on the light side with a hint of sweetness. I don't really have much of an issue with this though.

Smooth Soya Pudding

Dao Kia is really proud of their silky smooth soya pudding, truly like none other. Indeed, it is currently the best soya pudding we had tasted so far. Tastes really light and melts away at the moment it enters the mouth, yet develops a pleasant soya fragrance in the palate.

By far, original soy is our favourite as we can taste the real soya flavour. For flavour infused pudding, we will choose the green tea flavour. It isn't sweet, but delivers a mild bitterness that tone down the soya fragrance, but not overwhelm.

Nike Air Max

Nike Air Max Plus. The Air Max Plus first hit shelves in 1998, a time when aggressive, baroque designs were the hottest thing in sneakers.

(See: The Ferrari-inspired Air Jordan 14, or the cartoonish Air More Uptempo). But as everything 90s is back in style—like big-ass logos, wide-leg jeans, and over-the-top Gucci—it's natural that a re-released Nike Air Max Plus would become a hit.

May Sound Like

The name of the manufacturer may sound like some supplier of wellington boots or even construction materials. However, at the first site, such kind of expectations are automatically swept away. The Gumpert Apollo first hit the market in the year 2005.

Anybody who has had a chance to be on the steering wheel testifies that the grip and the space of the car are just fantastic. The vehicle arrived into the market in two versions, a racing vision and a luxury version. To me, this was a smart idea.

Famous Amos Cookies

Famous Amos Cookies is one of the first few cookie shops in Singapore. When it first hit the stores many years back, it was extremely popular and Singaporeans would queue hours just for a taste of the cookies. It then expanded and opened many more outlets in Singapore.

However, the popularity of the cookies have waned in recent years as chocolate chip cookies are extremely easy to make at home. While famous amos boasts that it has a secret recipe, it is now all over the internet. (whether they are credible or not, im not sure).
