Believe In Traditional Dietary Restrictions
I couldn't agree with some confinement myths such as do not drink plain water, do not shower or wash one's hair, do not read or cry, do not stand and drink water, do not use fans and air-conditioning and etc. Not all, but some confinement nannies adhere to that strictly and this could stress me out. Most confinement centres also believe in traditional dietary restrictions or practices, but those are backed by science in order to help the new mummies to rejuvenate and re-nourish themselves back to health.

Should Pack Stay Confinement Centre
What Should I Pack For a Stay at a Confinement Centre? Most confinement centres prepare all the basic baby needs for you. Therefore when packing, you should focus on yourself. Your baby will have diapers, toiletries, milk and clothes prepared. However, you can always prepare your own baby clothing and hand them over to the nurses for use. For your own use, you should always take the comfortable pajamas, sarong, t-shirts, toiletries, socks and underwear.

Gallo Wine Bar @ Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur. Doesn't matter if you're an amateur wine drinker or a connoisseur as Gallo Wine Bar has over 300 variety for all wine-obssessed, ranging from below RM100 up to (very) premium. You may ask for suggestion based on what suits your palette, or what's best to pair with food you order. Taste after all, could be subjective. As what Mandy, their Group Brand Manager would say, “There's no good or bad wine, it's a personal preference.” I couldn't agree more.

Carbon Fiber Memory Foam
Great Mattress! I sleep on my side and read that a plush mattress is the best for my sleeping position and I couldn't agree more. The moment you touch this mattress it is so soft and really comfortable and makes you feel like you're on a cloud. It forms to my body while sleeping and takes pressure of my body without making me sink in and that's a huge plus. There is also a carbon fiber memory foam layer which helps keep the body cool and keeps the heat away which is needed for my husband since he runs hot at night.
