Fire Station Fitness. It's really hard to find a workout that's challenging, targets all over the body and to get an instructor who has a great demeanor, pushing you without acting like an army sergeant. Fire Station Fitness ticked all the boxes with their Stride Total Body class.

my lens never last more than 1 year because i wash everyday & wipe when blur, so after 1 year the lens start to show those foggy thing where the coating peels off. i don't use coatings or whatever just normal hoya lens.

this is the reason i don't go for super high index or transition lens because for just 1 year it's not worth adding all these in. even the scratch resistance will also start to peel. unless go for glass which is heavy & fragile.

Forum 19, PJ. Forum 19 located in PJ is a sports building hosting games mainly for Badminton. They also have courts for Futsal and ping pong tables as well. Badminton courts are rubber mats so players which are the most preferred choice for their games.

The place is huge and it's not so cramp. They are 20 badminton courts for hire. But the place has no fans to cool down. Also be aware of the the parking. People tend to park at the side of the street when it gets too packed to park inside.

T Angle Sport Badminton Court. Previously, my ex-colleague and I played badminton here to foster our relationship. Prior to my resignation, we played badminton here after work.

Though not many times, I cherished the times playing badminton here with a bunch of friends. This is a better indoor court as compared to those which I have played at before. Clean and well-maintained.
