Electronic Stability Control
Looking at used MPV such as Proton Exora, it is similar in size with the Mazda 5, the difference here being the Exora's cheaper price tag and its innards.
Fuel consumption is about 11.1 L/100km. Safety features include 2 SRS front airbags, seatbelt pre-tensioners, ABS with EBD, two extra airbags and electronic stability control
It have decent cabin space, Second and third row seats can be put down flat for more room, excellent headroom and third row best for kids.

Tinted Window Film

Tinted Window Film
Home tint review. Pros of Tinted Window Film. Tinted window film is actually a thin, reflective film that adheres to the glass of the window itself. It doesn't keep out as much heat as a Low-E glass would, but it will let in more light than solar screens. This is a pretty inexpensive option available for reducing heat transfer through windows. Some of the safety features include making your windows resistant to breakage in storms as well as hard for intruders to break.

Looking Used Mpv
Looking for used MPV with a range of RM70k up to RM100k is quite tricky. Powerful engine, spacious, less maintenance, economy fuel consumption (FC) and high resale value would be all you wanted from buying a used MPV.
A 10 year old 2.5L Estima sells for about 70k ish. Probably the first gen Odyssey will be within the price bracket. Its powerful and spacious as well.
Resale value for anything non-Toyota is crap. Stay away from Exora CFE (tremendous complaints).
As long as it's an MPV, it'll never have good FC unless it's a Avanza or Alza.

Third Row Seats
Split-folding capability is engineered into both the second and third row seats, which allow the X-Trail's cargo hold to be pushed to 550 litres with the third row folded down right up to 1,520 litres all seats down. To keep valuables away from prying eyes, a tonneau cover is provided and can be fitted into two different slots to accommodate for adjustment of the second row seats. When not in use, the tonneau cover can be stored out of sight beneath an underfloor storage lid.

Third Row Seats

Third Row Seats
Kia recently dropped the short wheelbase version which was a good move. The bigger better Grand Carnival has more room inside and especially more boot space with the third row of seats in use. Can't wait to see what Kia's design guru Peter Schreyer does with this one when he gets his hands on it? The K7 concept could point the way and looks in shape like a larger version of the Soul.
