Fixed Mounted Hollow Tube Design
The Ultra Racing rear strut braces are fixed mounted hollow tube design bars used for chassis strengthening purposes. Rear strut bars are designed to improve vehicle safety and handling, they also greatly increase vehicle stability during heavy braking by reducing the force applied to the suspension components of the car. Rear strut bars are also very effective in front wheel drive cars by reducing understeer during fast paced driving conditions. Ultra Racing pay very high attention to all of their rear bar products during development.

Fixed Mounted Hollow Tube Design
The Ultra Racing front upper strut bar is a fixed mounted hollow tube design bar used for chassis strengthening purposes. This helps to eliminate suspension noise during driving and increase stability during hard driving, braking and accelerating. Every vehicles front chassis differs, this means that Ultra Racing develop and design their front strut bars individually for the vehicle fitted in mind. Extensive testing is done for all bars to ensure that the fitted vehicles chassis is able to withstand the force applied once the bar is installe

Suspension Components The Car

Suspension Components The Car
Proton was not allowed to touch the engine, transmission, drivetrain, steering and suspension components of the car as the agreement with Honda does not allow much freedom to do so. But this 2016 Proton Perdana does have some improvements in the Noise Vibration & Harshness (NVH). How this happened was due to the new Proton redesign of the C-pillar backwards and to some extent the front of the car also. As you know the Perdana has a completely redesigned rear end and this is actually more sloping than the Accord's rear end. More acoustic tuning maybe. But it is quieter.

Ultra Racing Lower
Ultra Racing Lower Arm Bars are designed to reduce vehicle chassis flex by connecting it to the lower wishbone of the suspension components, this will reduce distortion of the vehicle's lower suspension system when it is under load, especially during fast paced or hard cornering. These are mounted to the lower points between the near side and offside suspension and the vehicles chassis. Ultra Racing lower bars also maintain accurate camber measurements during harsh cornering as well as extensively improving chassis stiffness.

Malaysia's Most Popular
Ultra Racing, established in 2002 is Malaysia's most popular and successful chassis bracing and tuning company.Prized for their unique one-piece hollow tube design across their line of products from strut bracing to inner fender bars these are one of the strongest and most rigid parts you can fit to improve safety and vehicle handling.
Strength is greatly improved against conventional bolt together bars by removing the stress points in the mounting bolts which can reduce the life of the product under load.

Front Wheel Drive
Ultra Racing Lower Braces improve vehicle rigidity which reduces understeer in front wheel drive vehicles. These fit across the base of the vehicle, usually across the front or rear subframe to remove any chassis twisting during acceleration and fast cornering increasing the handling performance and predictability during fast road and track use. These will also improve the safety of the vehicle by stiffening and strengthening the chassis.

Front Wheel Drive
UNDERSTEER. The front wheels are likely to slip towards outside of the turn angle, driver
can solve it by turning a little more slightly but the handling is reduced, vehicle's behavior is less predictable and tires are likely to worn out faster.
Understeer often occurs in front wheel drive layout vehicles.
