露天温泉
入池前:
1.泡温泉前要先确认浴场内通风状况、浴池是否干净无虞?尤其是硫磺泉容易造成氧气稀薄,产生休克或硫化氢中毒等意外。
2.入池前可酌情做些暖身运动。
入池后:
1.泉温38℃~42℃最佳,浴场中若有多种泉温水池,先选中温池,等身体适应后再移到高温池。
2.入池前,先将手伸入泉下30~40公分试温;再舀水冲淋全身,由腿部、手部,循向腰部、肩颈等身体中央集中,等适应泉温后入池,先站立一会儿再慢慢坐下,泉水先不超过心脏,完全适应后才浸泡全身。3.泡温泉每次最好不超过10分钟,可先上岸休息、补充水分,再回池中,注意每天入浴不超过3次。
4.有些水疗设施虽能促进血液循环、舒活筋骨,但若使用不当,可能会冲击筋骨或引发心肺血管疾病。如有晕眩、恶心等症状,应立即离池。
5.温泉的疗效是渐进的,必须长期进行方能奏效。
