On completion of laying the timber floor strips, the floor shall be left for minimum 14 days for curing before proceed sanding. The floor should not be cover during the curing period.

4 directional level sanding with grit sand paper 60, 80 and 120 using endless belt sanding machine & edge sanding machine. Final sanding shall be carried out by using three discs machine (TRIO).
