Taman Bukit Maluri

FOOK LOONG CHICKEN RICE 福龙鸡饭, What's really good here is their top notch roast pork (siu yuk) and char siew. The siu yuk crackling is simply amazing and the seasoning is just spot on without being overly salty. The char siew on the other hand, had that delicious tender bite encompassed in a jelly-like exterior.

A serving of chicken rice (drumstick) and ‘char siew siu yuk' rice came to a reasonable total of RM12.90. M Two, 2, Jalan Burung Pucung, Taman Bukit Maluri Business hours: 8am till finish. Closed according to coffee shop schedule.

FAT YOONG RESTAURANT 肥仔炭烧叉烧云吞面 20 Best Restaurants & Food to Eat in Kepong Fat Yoong's char siew is a thing of beauty, the caramelization at the edges is just spot on without being too little or overdone. That is what makes their char siew wantan mee so good.

Another thing I like about Fat Yoong is the effort he puts into assemble the noodles ensuring every plate that goes out look identical. Always opt for extra char siew here, it costs only an additional RM2.50 – worth every cent!
