2014 Mulderbosch Cabernet Sauvignon Rose. South Africa, Coastal Region, Stellenbosch. Nice bottle, fairly strong pink colour. Dry strawberry and graphite flavour. Good with chinese food.

Fairly benign on front and mid of taste. Back end tart and tangy cranberries. A little unusual and off putting. From magnum. Bright salmon pink in the glass, nose is a bit restrained, plenty of fruit flavors kissing the underripe side of the cherry season, ripe rhubarb and red wild raspberry, hint of steeliness and nice minerality.
