Fried Bean Curd
This packet contains 12 sheets of pre-cooked tofu, "pockets" ready to be stuffed and made into inari sushi – a kind of sushi rice ball. The tofus were dressed in soy sauce and mirin, giving them a slightly sweet delicate flavour before they were deep-fried. Simply rinse, and stuff with generous amounts of cooked sushi rice and your choice of fillings such as sesame seeds, tuna or salmon mix with "sriracha and mayonnaise" dressing, cucumber, boiled carrot slices.
