Property Investment Malaysia Guide Show
The more exclusive a location is, the higher the returns are likely to be. There is some property investment Malaysia guide show that in 2017, one bedroom apartments near Petronas Towers fetched higher rental income than those in further areas such as Damansara, Bangsar and Mont Kiara.

Jalan Sultan Ismail
Heli Lounge Bar, Menara KH
Jalan Sultan Ismail. There is nothing spectacular about the actual bar here. The drinks are extremely overpriced, but you are paying for the rooftop view. Very good view of the city, especially the Petronas Towers and the KL Tower. I have to say Heli Lounge Bar is one of the best tourist spot in KL for tourist because this is the place where you can grab your drink and chill out at the helipad and enjoying the scenery of KL.

La Carte Menu

La Carte Menu
Traders Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
Gobo Chit Chat serves an international buffet in a large brightly-lit dining room with very little atmosphere. The hotel's other restaurant, Gobo Upstairs Lounge and Grill, is more stylish with martinis and steaks on the a la carte menu. The real kicker at Trader's though is the splendid 33rd floor Sky Bar which wraps around the rooftop swimming pool and flaunts that fabulous view. Book a table for 6pm and watch the sun set over the city and the twin spikes of the Petronas Towers blaze into giant beams of white light.

Limited Time
I had limited time in KL and contacted Travel Tour to arrange a half day personalised tour of the sites I wanted to see. I was happy to pay RM200 for my own tour guide from 9-12pm. I visited Chinatown, Sin Sze Si Ya Temple, Kings Palace, Independence Square, Sri Mahamariamman Temple, the old railway station and the Petronas Towers. My guide would let me wander at will at the Kings Palace and Chinatown and return to the car when I was finished. It was a good way to see multiple venues across the city in a short time frame.
