Lay the Tile.Next, plot out a tile pattern. Using spacers as a guide, lay one row of tiles all the way across the floor and another row of tiles perpendicular to the first row (Image 1).

Laying out the tile before setting it provides a good estimate of how much tile is needed and where you might run into problems along the floor.With a good idea where the tile will fall, lift the first tiles and spread thinset with the notched trowel, keeping the trowel at a 45-degree angle (Image 2). Lay the tiles down carefully and make any corrections .

Atriafloor epoxy paint finish is a water-leveling high build easy to apply, with excellent chemical and physical resistance, over paintable even with transparent finish. The applied film is anti-absorbent, dust-proof and resistant to mold and bacteria.

USES AND APPLICATIONS After preparing the surface to be primed, apply the product with a notched trowel or smooth. The self-leveling property of the resin allows to obtain smooth surfaces.

Materials and Tools.Starting in the center, use a putty knife to apply just enough tile mastic to attach one tile to the wall. Texture it with a notched trowel to create a surface for proper adhesion.

Set the tile into place and move it around slightly before allowing it to come to its final position. Continue working in each direction using tile spacers between the tiles and along the bottom for the grout lines.

Apply Thinset Mortar.Apply a thin layer of thinset mortar to floor in small sections using a notched trowel. Replace tiles a few at a time, once again using spacers to help hold position.

Apply the Thinset Onto the Linoleum.Apply a good amount of thinset onto the linoleum with a trowel. With the notched trowel, smooth the thinset over the floor, holding the trowel at a 45-degree angle.

Only spread enough thinset to cover an area the size of the backer board. Continue this process throughout the project.
