Die Casting Produces Highly Repeatable
Aluminum Die Casting produces highly repeatable, complex shapes and at very competitive prices. Aluminum is strong, light-weight, corrosion resistant, readily plateable and electrically conductive. That's why aluminum die castings are preferred world-wide when performance, good looks and low cost are important. With cast-in steel components extreme abrasion and wear resistance can be added to standard benefits of aluminum die casting. Rajshi uses cold chamber machine die casting for aluminum because of its high melting point.

The Most Widely Used
Aluminum and zinc alloys are the most widely used, and are followed by magnesium, zinc-aluminum (AZ) alloys, copper, tin and lead.
Zinc, lead and tin based alloys are classified as low melting point metals, all melting at less than 725oF (385oC). Zinc-aluminum (ZA) alloys have a slightly higher melting range of 800oF to 900oF (426oC to 482oC).
Aluminum and magnesium alloys are considered to be moderate melting point alloys, being cast in the 1150oF to 1300oF (621oC to 704oC) range. Copper alloys are considered to be high melting pint.

Look Like Wood
Luxury Woodgrain Kitchen Cabinet. Luxury woodgrain door panel look a like wood but it actually 100% made of aluminium and coated with decoral system USA woodgrain powder coat. Easy of care and maintenance. It can be wiped down with regular, soapy water and rinsed off. Powder coating is scratch resistant , you won't have to worry about damage during cleaning. Fire Resistance. In fire tests on aluminium materials, when the temperature exceeds the melting point, in the range 600-660°C, the aluminium surface exposed to the fire can be seen to melt.

High Melting Point
The universal recycle plastic resin. PP (polypropylene) has a high melting point, and so is often chosen for containers that must accept hot liquid. PS (polystyrene) can be made into rigid or foam products. In the latter case it is popularly known as the trademark Styrofoam. Polycarbonate is the hard plastic that has parents worried these days, after studies have shown it can leach potential hormone disruptors.
