Restoran G Cheong Fun
Restoran G Cheong Fun in Johor. This restaurant offer all my favorite food when I am kids. such as Yam Cake. This beautifully presented yam cake was of the more course version, with a more grainy texture. Despite that, the yam flavors were also far more intense. Garnished with fried shallots and spring onions, this rustic and wholesome dish would make the perfect local breakfast meal anytime.

Gbu Eating Point
We discovered a nice local breakfast place called the GBU Eating Point. It is no longer called P.D. Eating Point.
My set of Western breakfast.
The food was quite ok. Not the best, but simple and nice, and cheap! We wanted to try their nasi lemak but sadly didn't have enough time for that.

joined the LaZat Cooking Class when I was in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia). The class ran for half a day. It first included a visit to the local market, where we learned more about different ingredients used in Malaysian cooking. We then were treated to a local breakfast of roti canai with curry, before we headed to the cooking school to start our class.
