We stayed at sheraton just across the street and decided to try out wine bar just across the street. In the minute we walked in we were welcomed by very friendly staff especially Ken. Food was very nice. deep house music wasn't playing loud but settings us in the good mood for more drinks.

Three Sixty Revolving Restaurant And Rooftop Bar. Penang trip next month, Penang Bar / Penang Pub / Penang Nightlife to chill out. Coming on a weeknight, the outdoor Sky Bar rooftop portion was quiet, except for the house music blaring to entice Western tourists.

The rooftop was more modern and the cocktail waiters appropriately hip. Cocktail prices are steep for Malaysia, but you're paying for the view. And it is a nice view of the city and harbor. The best part was the breeze blowing in from the strait.
