Very soft and not too sweet. As usual my wife sure buy salted fish, dry squid snacks, raw fish crackers back home to fry, satay fish and many more. Dry scallop, ikan bilis/ anchovies and dry shrimp also available. If you buy more, he will give discount. The boss very funny, simply minus price.
