If you dont mind go further a bit for fresh seafood can come here seafood restaurant at Jeram called Sungai Janggut. Consider cheap and fresh seafood. Just besides river and huge place that can eat comfortably.

What cheap to eat during brunch at Equine Park, Seri Kembangan. Kafe Ruuma at NSK Seri Kembangan. Cheap fried chicken nasi lemak at price RM 6.90. Clean, spacious space, new shopping centre, clean and cold air cond. Eat comfortably with this kind of price very worthy. Chinese food court, only fried chicken price RM 5. Iced tea also RM 2.90 cheaper than mamak stall.
