This is our signature cake, a modernized black forest cake, that we bet you won't find in anywhere else. The bottom and center of the cake is layered with chocolate sponge with black cherries, filled with a layer of 66% cocoa Belgium chocolate mousse, and the top is layered with vanilla mousse blended with lots of fine chopped maraschino red cherries for an enhanced biting texture.
