Yes, I bold LIVE because it is extremely hard to get LIVE flowers crab in market, but they got it here. Although it not super size but it has quite standard size with a lot of crab egg in it. Honestly, I have never try a crab that is so fresh and sweet before, it is so sweet and the meat in every leg is so full and firm, every bite you got to taste the crab sweetness and the mouthful of crab meat is just awesome. You can spend sometime to walk around the beach before dinner.

Duck Stall at Restoran Loong Foong The roast duck stall in front of Restoran Loong Foong gets busy way before dinner time. The restaurant officially opens at 5.30pm but queues start at the stall as early as 4.30pm! The ducks are well roasted here. The skin comes out in a shiny golden sheen and the meat is tender and juicy.

Compared to Restoran Sunrise, the ducks are slightly smaller here but the flavours are not compromised. The sauce served here is a bit thicker, with hints of taucheo (bean paste) in it. I find the chilli sauce slightly bland but that doesn't seem to deter the crowds. Other than roasted duck, packs of acar (pickled vegetables) - which I found to be just average - are also available at the stall. Note that the ducks usually sell out early - by around 8.00pm.

What special to eat when you around Jalan Imbi on evening Saturday. Open air hawker centre along Jalan Imbi. Remember only open on Wed, Thurs and Saturdays only.

Although we reached there way before dinner time, we noticed a queue already forming at one of the few open stalls. Then it hit me that it is actually the famous Nyonya Kuih stall in Imbi. So we were lucky to have arrived early to catch them before the queue got any longer.
