Parts leveling to 1.675” thick and 78” wide. Parts flattening equipment. Value-added processing including plasma, laser cutting, forming and welding.

Metal Fabrication. Oxy-fuel flame beveling can be used to cut almost all grades of carbon and alloy steel plate. Oxy-fuel flame beveling is best on medium and heavy gauge plate.

Oxy -fuel flame beveling applies to a variety of needs. Beveling products range from clearance angles and cosmetic edges in single or multiple forms to weld preps on simple shapes as well as custom specified parts. O'Neal Manufacturing Services can provide detailed solutions to beveling simple and complex shapes.

Metal Finishing. Corrosion resistance, appearance and durability are important finishing requirements to ensure part or product longevity in the field.

O'Neal Manufacturing Services provides weldments and sub-assemblies based on print requirements for pre-coating surface preparation, or with various surface coatings prior to final shipment, from hot dip galvanizing, to powder coating and wet painting, and e-coating.

Shot blasting removes surface imperfections on plate like scale and rust. Shot-blasting is often requested for paint preparation purposes or to create clean welding surfaces.
