Cha Chaan Teng
At one of Hong Kong's most popular and famous Hong Kong café (Cha Chaan Teng) Australia Dairy Company, expect attitudes, partly rude service, chaotic ambience, long queues, and a very good plate of scrambled eggs. The morning set at HKD$28 consisted of a buttered toast, scrambled eggs, macaroni soup with ham and coffee or tea. The eggs are fluffy and tasty, some say the secret ingredient is canned cream soups. The café is a frantic battle zone during peak hours. Tip: Join the queue, get your way in, squeeze into a table, order and enjoy your food.

During Peak Hours
Gangnam88.
Came here for lunch and food's great here. Not entirely on the cheap side, but they offer a lot of different set meals and also lunch deals here, which I picked their kimchi jiggae to fix my soup cravings. K-pop's being played on loop in the restaurant, and on the wall they have a lot of posters as well as identical accessories worn by K-pop stars being displayed sold as well. The place is usually crowded with lunch and dinner crowd, and if you come during peak hours it would be most likely that you'd have to wait. Apart from their set meals, you could order their ala carte.

Can't Go Wrong
If you are on a quest to find the best cha chaan teng in Hong Kong, Australian Dairy Company should be on the top of your checklist. This is probably one of the most famous cha chaan teng in town. You can't go wrong with their scrambled eggs and ham macaroni. Australian Dairy Company is very much a quick service restaurant, you're not meant to linger here. They operate with a ruthless efficiency: you order, eat, pay and go.

Cha Chaan Teng
The most famous Cha Chaan Teng in Hong Kong. Locals and tourists alike flock to Tsui Wah Restaurant for their signature Hainanese chicken rice, fishball noodles, and Bo Luo Yiu. One of the most impressive things about Tsui Wah is that it manages to maintain its high standards across all the branches. Definitely a must-visit when you are in Hong Kong.

Lee Hong Kee CHINESE RESTAURANTS
As one of the most highly rated Chinese restaurants in the suburbs of Sungai Buloh, Restoran Lee Hong Kee does not take reservations on weekends. We learnt that the hard way. Arriving at 8pm on a weekend night, we found a sizeable crowd already milling around the entrance, each with a number in hand. We were given number 39 and told to join the queue. As a nice touch, the efficient crew took orders while guests were still waiting in line, so not all was lost then.
