Hours Battery Life
Marshall Major II Bluetooth $150 only. The cans feature the same custom 40mm drivers as the Major II and include Bluetooth's aptX codec for CD quality wireless streaming, a solid 30 hours of battery life, plus a 3.5mm audio jack that works to either listen with a wire (useful if the battery dies) or to share what's playing with someone else by having them plug their headphones in.

Marshall Major Ii
Featuring the same acoustic performance as the brand's previous wired over-ear headphones, the Marshall Major II Bluetooth finally cuts the cord between, well, itself, and your Bluetooth-enabled device. Grab a pair at Amazon – $150. They're also still collapsible and come packed with the same detachable coil cord with mic, though an on-board mic alongside an analog control knob lets you answer calls as well as pause, play, skip tracks, and play with the volume.

Marshall Major Ii
Marshall Major II On tracks with intense sub-bass content, like The Knife's "Silent Shout," the Major II delivers a rich, healthy dose of low-end, and it doesn't distort at top, unadvisable listening levels. Luckily, the deep lows are balanced out by a well-defined high-mid and high frequency response.

A detachable cable is included, adding to the value of the headphones (since you can easily replace a headphone cable if it frays or wears, which is more likely than the headphones themselves getting damaged). It connects to either ear, and includes an inline remote control and microphone. It's a single-button remote, so while you can control playback, track navigation, and manage your phone calls depending on how many times you tap it, you can't adjust volume. Not everyone will be in love with the cable's coiled section; it looks cool, but it seems a tad unnecessary, and can easily fasten itself to any number of objects on, say, a crowded train.

Marshall Major Ii
Marshall Major II headphones, from their inception, have defied the gimmicky concept of invoking the look of the iconic Marshall guitar amps. Fashioning headphones and speakers this way could have been a great chance to skimp on actual audio performance in the name of creating a slick design piece, but these consumer audio products have consistently impressed us with their quality. Marshall has yet again produced a winner in the $119 Major II, an affordable, lightweight set of on-ear headphones. Not everyone will love its matte plastic design, but few will quibble with its wonderfully balanced sound signature, which is rich in bass and clear in the highs. Throw in a detachable cable, and it's enough to earn our Editors' Choice award for headphones in this price range.

Through Webpages Constant Brightness Until
Weight of 0.58 pounds, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 is light and thin enough to easily fit into a drawer or backpack. You can purchase the Samsung in 32GB or 64GB configurations, and micro-SD support provides storage flexibility. However, the tablet's battery life is a notable misstep in comparison with its competitors. In Laptop's testing, a tablet scrolls through webpages at a constant brightness until the battery powers down. During this test, the S2 put up a subpar mark of 7 hours and 42 minutes. Most mainstream tablets average between 8 and 9 hours of battery life.

Elsewhere, the middling battery life of the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is a stumble. Battery testing from our colleagues at Laptop Mag revolves around simulated web browsing at a constant brightness until the tablet powers down. In this test, the Pro 4 only put up a mark of six hours and five minutes. While the Pro 4's specifications are more power hungry than a standard tablet, most premium tablets can still reach around nine hours of battery life. The Pro 4 features a 12.3-inch, 2736 x 1824 display that is a notable upgrade from past Surface models, which featured 2160 x 1440 displays.

Sandisk Connect Wireless Stick

Sandisk Connect Wireless Stick
This drive is rated for about 4.5 hours of battery life, and takes about 2 hours to charge. This is enough battery life for most uses, and can easily be plugged in if the battery is depleted. The only place where this device truly falls short is its storage. 200 GB isn't enough to store a movie collection, nor can it hold a backup of your computer, but it is enough for a curated selection of content that would lend well to road trips or business collaborations. If this isn't an issue for you, the SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick will offer you more portability than any other wireless hard drive.

Long Way Go Before
The Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 primary strength is its battery life. With over 15 hours of battery life, it is the longest-lasting tablet in our review. If you travel frequently or don't like charging your tablet every day, then you should consider the Yoga Tab 3. Few things are as frustrating as electronic devices with no battery left and a long way to go before the next outlet.
