As I finally took in the mattresses nice looks and that it was put together with quality craftsmanship, we got the mattress up onto my box spring and then I immediately got onto it! I just couldn't wait any longer to try it out! The top fabric feels so soft and smooth without making you sweat when you lay on it even without a sheet which really helps keep you cooler at night than my awful previous mattress!

I was so excited to purchase my new Serta Luxe Grandemere 14 inch Hybrid Mattress that I just couldn't contain my excitement when I received it after having to disappointingly wait over 2 months for it to be delivered! When it did finally arrive, it was thankfully not one of those mattresses that get shoved into a box.

It arrived on the delivery truck and was completely covered in a nice thick plastic that kept it well protected from any elements which was something I really appreciated because it was raining when they delivered it. They brought it exactly where I asked them too and that was also very helpful because I had already had the space in my bedroom ready for it to go in! Taking the plastic off was easy.

By about the 4th night i was finally sleeping through the night and loving the mattress. The pillow top is very plush and you just kinda melt into it. It is a very deep mattress making my bed taller which is fine for me, not so much for the little dogs who I now have to pick up to put into my bed.
