Mah Sing plans eight residential launches this year. Projects worth RM2.2bil to be unveiled in Klang Valley, Johor, Penang.

The new launches in the Klang Valley are M Centura in Sentul, Questa Serviced Residence and Cerrado Residential Suites (Tower C and D) in Southville City KL South, M Vertica in Cheras, and M Aruna in Rawang, priced between RM328,000 and RM550,000.

Mah Sing's Southville City@KL South is a sustainable mixed-use gated and guarded township which promotes urban lifestyle outside the city centre and aims to draw both multi-generation living and the working community. The 173ha freehold Southville City@KL South, which has an estimated gross development value of RM8.3bil, is a 25km drive away from Kuala Lumpur via the new direct interchange.
