Yellow Color
LE DOMAINE DU ROC DES ANGES 2014. MYR 182.00. Grenache Gris, Macabeo. Rousillon, France. In the glass, the wine has a limpid, saturated lemon yellow color with flashes of pale green and bright gold. There is a fleeting suggestion of hyacinth under the ripe green apples and Asian pears, along with fresh cut grass, chamomile, and crystallized honey on the nose. On the palate, the wine is vinous and full-bodied, with gorgeous flavors that echo and magnify the beautiful floral nose, all seasoned with satisfying saline minerality.

Dairy-Free Margarine, 160g
We've found a great tasting margarine that is dairy free - something very difficult to source in Japan. It's made by fermenting soy milk with vegetable-based bacteria which removes the beany smell and flavour. The soy beans are non-GMO, there's no artificial colouring or flavouring and it's low in trans fats! As a vegan I use it just like regular margarine or butter. It's great in baking and pastry too. It seems to have a slightly lower melting point than margarine so don't leave it out of the fridge too long!
