Juicy handmade lamb meatballs wrapped with smoked duck breast in a bed of aromatic hot gravy. So good, it should be everybody's favourite.

No obvious signs at entrance door there's no need for decoy entrance unless it's a “speakeasy” concept. It would be great if the rest of the staff were trained to be as well-versed as Mandy with the bar's offerings and increase engagement with customers.

Delicious tapas and sharing platters Grilled Lamb Racks, Lambor-Guinness, Grilled Australia Black Angus Beef and Cheese Crackers were my favourites. Soothing live jazz performances on Wednesdays to Saturdays from 9.30PM at Sri Petaling, and Tuesdays to Thursdays at Taman Desa. Private room for hosting birthday parties and events.

However, it may vary at their Taman Desa branch as live performances are from Tuesdays to Thursdays. Also, the Sri Petaling branch is twice the size of Taman Desa.

Gallo Wine Bar @ Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur. Gallo Platter (RM88) is a popular choice for wine pairing, consists of handmade Italian lamb sausage, Cecina ham rock melon, smoked duck breast, smoked salmon with Vodka cream, tomato bruschetta, Scamorza cheese with sun dried tomato and salad.

Gallo Wine Bar @ Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur. The thinly sliced and baked Parmesan Cheese Crackers (RM18) reminded me of roti tisu (sweet flatbread).

It came with honey on the side as dipping sauce but I actually enjoyed it better without. It's a fantastic light snack!

The scallop was soft and slightly chewy (not the rubbery type), however the pasta was a little bit dry.
