Cabernet Sauvignon
Cheval des Andes 2013.
is the first fusion of the Premier Grand Cru Classe A of Saint-Emilion - Cheval Blanc, with its savoir-faire, and Terrazas des los Andes, with the best Argentine high-altitude terroir, and its expertise in producing Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. The philosphy of successive harvests directly addresses the synergy born as a driving idea to bring together in one single wine: the French art of assemblage, and the creative innovation of the new world.

New World Wines
There is a huge variety and the good thing is, that they do not have really the cheaper wines. Whatever you choose it is already in the medium range and at the top there is frankly speaking no limit. All the grand french Chateau wines and Burgundy's are well represented, but as well as all the nice Italian ones. It does not stop at the New World wines. Plenty of really good Australian/New Zealand/S-African, Argentinian and Chilean wines.

Perfect Balance Between
MONGEARD MUGNERET CLOS DE VOUGEOT GRAND CRU 2014. The wine is harmonious, round, generous, fleshy, ample, mellow, racy and elegant, in colour a deep rich ruby red. The bouquet is of quite exceptional aromatic intensity in which the concentrated perfumes of rich red and black fruits (cherries, mulberries, blackcurrants), vanilla and spices, woodland undergrowth, violets and, with age, animal pelts, all mingle and combine. In the mouth this ample, meaty, muscular wine achieves perfect balance between fine tannins and mellowness.
