The engine is mounted at the rear of the machine, as far away from the operator as possible. Each JLG Compact Crawler is fitted with a 220V electrical motor as standard. Two models from the range (X17J Plus and the X20J Plus) are equipped with a 230kg unrestricted platform capacity and are easier to lift and load due to conveniently placed lifting and loading sockets.
