Hennessy V.S.O.P. Bottle Design – Key Changes.

So, now the new bottle is certainly sleeker and sexier, yet functional and still retaining the prestigious fine elements of the House of Hennessy. Not only has Chris Bangle revamped the bottle design, the box it comes in has also undergone a few changes, giving it an edge to a more modern vision.

Bobbi Brown Double Lining Eyeshadow Bobbi Brown says its Double Lining Eyeshadow is a key part of creating one of makeup artist Brown's signature looks (the "double lining" technique). So, is it going to change the way you apply your eyeshadow? Probably not, but aside from a couple of flaws, these powder shadows have a lot going for them! Double Lining Eyeshadows are packaged in a small, black compact with a see-through window on the lid.

It's the same packaging as the brand's other powder eyeshadows, and doesn't have "Double Lining" written anywhere on the compact or the box it comes in. So what's the difference between these shadows and Brown's other offerings? We checked with the brand, and they're the same formula as their standard eyeshadows

NYX REVENGE IS INFINITE The box comes with eyeshadows, lipsticks and blushes, plus a mirror and two little booklets showing you how to achieve Emily Thorne and Victoria Grayson's signature looks. The instructions are pretty simple (I would have loved more illustrations and wish they would have named the colours to be used instead of just saying 'a light pink eyeshadow', especially since the eyeshadows in the palette are named) and they tell you how to achieve a very basic look.

On the label are the iconic Hennessy coat-of-arms and a wreath of grapevines, referencing the grapes from which cognac is distilled. Intense character and full-bodied flavors, V.S reveals its liveliness whether enjoyed neat, on ice, or with a mixer.

Mr Chong Wai Keng, the Brand Ambassador of Hennessy was waiting for us at the next destination, the “House of Hennessy”, to conduct an exclusive tasting session with Hennessy X.O – the inventor of Cognac classification, being the very first Cognac classified as X.O or “extra old” due to its extended aging process. We were also met with the full range of Hennessy's iconic collection.

So, how different is the new bottle compared to the previous bottle? Hennessy V.S.O.P. Bottle Design – Key Changes.

Slightly accentuated the curve in the side of the bottle, reinforcing the dynamic of its silhouette (by less than 1 mm). Inspired by the Hennessy V.S.O.P. bottle created in 1954, Chris Bangle chose to confirm this upward movement with a thicker base resembling a pedestal to distinguish the whole and stabilise it. Added a hollow bottom to the bottle to adapt it for handling.
