Furthermore, this cognac features a large proportion of eaux de vie fmor the Maison's 19th century reserve, creating a cognac of exceptional elegance, finesse and stature.

Hennessy Paradis, 700ml. Hennessy Paradis was created in 1979 by Maurice Fillioux.

Drawing from the legacy of his grandfather eaux de vie, Maurice Fillioux gave life to this perfectly harmonious cognac. It takes its name from the Paradis cellar, a legendary place at the Hennessy Maison. “Paradis” refers to the cellar used exclusively for the ageing of Hennessy's most exceptional eaux-de-vie.

Since 2010, Yann Fillioux, together with his Comité de Dégustation (Tasting Committee), has been selecting eaux de vie from amongst the ones he has carefully chosen and matured throughout his 50-year presence in the Maison and have created a subtle and elegant, yet powerful blend for the occasion: The Hennessy 250 Collector Blend.

Today, the House's Tasting Committee carries on this vision, as Olivier Paultes, Member of the Tasting Committee explains, “When blending the eaux de vie for Hennessy V.S.O.P., we harmonise a wide variety of sensory characteristics as a great Chef would, selecting from a wide range of ingredients to create an exceptional dish.”
